Regulatory position

RAD-140 has no marketing approval in any jurisdiction. In the United States the FDA has issued public warnings about SARMs and has stated that they do not meet the definition of a dietary ingredient, making supplement marketing unlawful. WADA prohibits SARMs at all times in sport, and validated urinary detection methods exist. Investigators should confirm the status of the compound under their own institutional and national rules before beginning work.

Keep capsules in the sealed bottle with the desiccant in place, at room temperature and away from light, heat and humidity; store the research liquid tightly closed and upright, refrigerated if the study window is long. Record the lot number and the date of first opening on each container so results stay traceable to the Certificate of Analysis. The compound is poorly water-soluble, so solution work normally starts from a DMSO or ethanol stock diluted into aqueous medium — keep the final solvent fraction identical across all comparison groups and include a vehicle-only control.
